Student Organization Mailboxes
Student organizations can receive mail and packages on campus at the James H. Woodward Student Involvement Center (4210 Talley Student Union)!
Our office is unable to receive personal mail or packages. Any deliveries or packages must include your student organization name.

Only the student organization President or Treasurer can pick up mail unless they grant written permission to another executive member.
Please note that mail or packages cannot be picked up when the office is closed. Space closures will be communicated in advance in the Student Org Digest.
Student Org Digest
The Student Org Digest is a bi-weekly email newsletter for all things related to student organizations! Registered organizations can submit events or highlight your organization’s achievements to the Student Org Digest on Get Involved via the Student Org Digest Submissions form.
Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be sent in at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
- A maximum of 2 events per organization can be shared on 1 newsletter.
- Submissions must include a flyer in either .png or .jpeg format.
- When possible, keep the text in your image or graphic to a minimum. Images can be blocked by certain email clients, and sometimes a subscriber may use a screen reader, which can’t read text on graphics.
Student Organization Lockers
Student organizations may reserve locker space in the James H. Woodward Student Involvement Center (Talley Student Union 4210). Student Organization Locker Applications for the 2026 – 2027 academic year will be open from July 15, 2026, through August 30, 2026.
All student organizations interested in locker space, including those that currently have an assigned locker, must submit a locker application form. This process helps ensure all groups have an opportunity to request and maintain storage space each year. Assignments are first come, first served and based on availability.
Important Dates
- Locker Access Begins for Approved Organizations: August 21, 2026
- Applications Open: July 15, 2026
- Applications Close: 11:59 p.m. on August 30, 2026
Student Organization Resource Corner (SORC)


The Student Organization Resource Corner (SORC) is designed to give student leaders access to free supplies they can keep, use, or rent for their student organization! Located in the James H. Woodward Student Involvement Center (Talley Student Union 4210), using the SORC can enhance your organizational operations and programming.
Keep
Limited materials are available for organizations to take and use for meetings, events, and more.
Use
Organization leaders can use the art materials, laminator, button maker, and more while in the SORC.
Rent
Organizations can rent card scanners, activity wheels, and chalk for up to 2 days.
Additionally, student organization leaders can print up to 10 free black-and-white pages per month through our office. For printing, rentals, or general inquiries about the SORC, email [email protected].
