Student Involvement Fairs

Held at the beginning of each semester, Student Involvement Fairs feature hundreds of student organizations for both new and returning students to interact with and meet.

At the beginning of each semester, Student Leadership and Engagement hosts a large-scale Involvement Fair for both incoming and returning students to see and interact with hundreds of our student organizations on-campus. Both the Fall Involvement Fair and Winter Involvement Fair are great opportunities for students looking to find community on campus, and for student organizations who are looking to recruit new members for their clubs and missions. Information is sent out to students by email and can be found on Get Involved.

Student Involvement Fair

This is a highly anticipated opportunity for your organization to showcase what you’re all about, recruit new members, and engage with hundreds of students looking to get involved at NC State.

Our fall Student Involvement Fair will take place on Monday, August 24, 2026, from 2 to 5 p.m. Student organizations may request a table by submitting their registration form on Get Involved and providing a day-of contact. Spots at the Student Involvement Fair are first come, first served, so the sooner an organization completes registration, the more likely they are to secure a spot at the Student Involvement Fair!

The Student Involvement Fair is on Monday, August 24, 2026

Student organizations that request a table at the Student Involvement Fair will receive an email after registration closes on June 30 confirming whether they have been confirmed to table or are on the waitlist.
